Included in each accommodation are the comfiest mattresses, 850 thread count sheets, storage space and dry rooms, fiber optic internet, daily cleaning service, private en-suite bath, indoor/outdoor design for every accommodation with a focus on nature and being your private refuge, and a thrice-filtered private well for drinking water throughout the property.

Bali Village is perched 1200 feet above the Pacific Ocean, on a ridge line with flora, fauna and wildlife every direction you look.

These 3 accommodations are 160-200 year old homes imported from Bali. Each with their own en suite bathrooms, they envelope you in the feeling of home and create a safe space for rejuvenation and transformation.

Perched on the edge of the cliff, in a private corner of the property, sits a 170 year old home from the Java Islands called Jogolo.

Complete with a writer’s desk, outdoor Balinese shower, and hand-carved architecture that will transport you to another land and time - Jogolo is teeming with history and comfort. Enjoy a private outdoor cold plunge pool. 

This two-floor, 180-year-old imported home from Bali will have you wishing you’d never leave. Complete with a King Bed, Potoo embodies barefoot-luxury with panoramic views of the Pacific.

Frequently Asked Questions

why does it cost this much?

The Everything WOO Retreat is all-inclusive, meaning that all accommodation, meals, domestic transportation, listed excursions and activities, and workshops are included in the package price.

The Everything WOO Retreat is not just a relaxing getaway (although it will certainly be that!), it's an education program designed to equip you with skills that will help you improve your career or business, start a new business related to your psychic gifts, improve your relationships, and generally up-level your life.

We're not just teaching you our best party tricks, these are deep personal practices that will enable you to become the Master Architect of your best life.

What if i'm not psychic?

Trust us, you are. We'll teach you exactly what you need to do to identify your unique gifts and how to expand them.

How do I reserve my spot at The Everything WOO Retreat?

To reserve your spot, you need to make a non-refundable deposit. The deposit amount depends on the accommodation type selected and will be clearly stated during check-out. You can complete your payment using a credit card via our secure online booking portal. Full payment is required 35 days before the retreat begins.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. The cancellation will take effect the day your written notification is received by us. You can send your cancellation email to hilary@hporta.com.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my booking?

Please note that all deposits and payments are non-refundable. We require that participants purchase travel insurance that includes a "cancel for any reason" clause to protect your investment against unforeseen circumstances.

What happens if the retreat is cancelled by the organizers?

In the rare event that we must cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund of any payments you have made. We strive to avoid cancellations and will do our utmost to ensure the retreat proceeds as planned.

Is there an option to transfer my booking to other dates or to someone else if I can’t attend?

Yes, it may be possible to transfer your balance towards a future retreat. As well, if you find someone who can take your place at the retreat, you may be able to transfer your booking to them. Transfers are at the discretion of The Everything WOO Retreat and will depend on the circumstances. Please contact us to discuss this option.

When is the full payment due if I've only paid the deposit?

The full payment for the retreat is due 35 days before it starts, which is September 15, 2024. You'll receive reminders about payment deadlines after your initial booking.

Can I make payments in installments?

Yes, after your initial deposit, you can opt to complete your payment in interest-free installments. 

How do I arrange my travel to the retreat?

Your journey to The Everything WOO Retreat begins with a flight to San Jose International Airport (SJO). You will need to reserve your own flights to and from Costa Rica. Once you arrive, the private charter flight that will whisk us away to the Imiloa Institute is included in your retreat package. We will gather at the SJO domestic terminal by 8:45 AM on October 20th, 2024. 

What if I prefer not to take the charter plane?

For those preferring ground transportation, we can arrange a private shuttle at an additional cost. Please contact us at hilary@hporta.com to discuss your preferences.

What if I miss the arranged transportation to Imiloa?

If delays occur, please contact The Everything Woo Retreat Team immediately. We’ll coordinate with you to find the best possible solution, whether waiting for you or arranging alternative transport.

What travel insurance do I need?

To participate in The Everything WOO Retreat we require participants to have cancel-for-any-reason insurance, as well as comprehensive medical insurance. If you’d like details about Imiloa’s recommended insurance provider then please send us an email at hilary@hporta.com, or Click Here.

Do I need a passport to come on the Homecoming Retreat?

Yes, you will require a valid passport to enter Costa Rica. Please make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months after the date you plan to depart from Costa Rica.

What’s included in the package and what additional expenses will I need to cover?

Your retreat package is all-inclusive and covers your accommodation, domestic transportation, food, activities, workshops, and sessions. You will need to purchase your flight to and from the SJO airport, as well as travel insurance (cancel-for-any-reason policy is required). You will have the option to purchase a massage or spa treatment; as well as adding on access to Imiloa’s Wellness Bar for specialty mocktails, smoothies, coffee drinks, and healing elixirs if you desire. Also please factor in a gratuity for the Imiloa team - they will treat us like family!

What should I pack for the retreat?

The tropical climate and natural setting of Imiloa Institute suggest packing lightly and smartly. Essentials include comfortable walking shoes, a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, a reusable water bottle, and attire suitable for yoga and hiking. Don’t forget your swimwear and a rain jacket - Imiloa provides large, sturdy umbrellas in every building. They also provide hairdryers, beach towels, and headlamps. They have standard North American power outlets.

What about Wi-Fi connectivity and keeping my personal items safe?

High-speed Wi-Fi is available across most of the campus, ensuring you stay connected when needed. Safety boxes are provided in all accommodations to secure your personal belongings. We’ll be in the jungle, so we recommend keeping the valuables at home.

I have dietary restrictions. How will these be managed?

Imiloa is a vegan campus, dedicated to providing high-quality, plant-based meals. If you have specific dietary needs or allergies, please inform us at least 30 days before your arrival. Upon arrival, you’ll receive a special wristband to highlight your dietary restrictions, ensuring that Imiloa’s team can serve you appropriately at every meal.

Is the venue accessible?

We’re happy to talk with you to learn more about your specific needs. Please keep in mind that to travel around the campus you will need to navigate well-maintained gravel paths and trails. You will also need to be able to climb some stairs, so unfortunately we cannot recommend The Everything Woo Retreat for people with mobility challenges. What type of accommodations can I expect?

Imiloa offers unique and well-appointed accommodations, from elegant geodesic domes to luxurious bungalows, all equipped with essential amenities like organic toiletries, a hairdryer, and more. Daily cleaning is included in the package rate. Every space is crafted to enhance your connection with nature while providing comfort and privacy.

What’s the weather like? Will there be bugs?

Generally in October you can expect sunny mornings with a shower in the late afternoon. We’ll be in the jungle, but the accommodations and gathering spaces are well-maintained and cleaned every day. You will have direct access to the Imiloa Front Desk Team if you require their assistance at any point during your stay. We didn’t notice any mosquitos when we did our site visit in February, and Imiloa provides natural insect repellent, sunscreen, and umbrellas if needed.
